Config

Two surfaces hold pipemason configuration: a per-repo file checked into git, and a handful of shell environment variables the runner reads.

Where things live

.pipeline/config.yml

Per-repo config: domains, model tiering, retry budgets, gates, allowed commands. Committed to git.

Environment variables

Anthropic key, optional overrides for the API + WS base URLs. Lives in your shell; never sent to the cloud control plane.
